CSSTL is committed to continuous
improvement through standard quality practices. We have
a well defined quality management system (QMS) designed
to drive repeatable, efficient, and cost effective quality
in service delivery.
Our QMS is built on:
ISO 9001-2000
Certifications drive our process controls. Our QMS includes
a mechanism wherein any employee may identify weaknesses
or deficiencies in processes, and can subsequently initiate
process improvements.
Quality Reviews
Quality reviews are a part of quality management and assurance procedures. Secondly, they allow management to determine if existing quality procedures are being followed and if those procedures are effective. If the procedures are found to be ineffective, they are often adjusted.
Quality Assurance Team Composition
The Project Manager staffs the quality review, operations review and project review and provides project teams and support groups with adequate resources and skills to carry out the planned Quality Assurance activities.
Quality Audit
Internal Quality Systems audits are conducted periodically across all processes and support areas in a planned manner to evaluate the compliance with and the effectiveness of the Quality assurance process. Personnel independent of those having direct responsibility for the work being done conduct the audits.
Non-conformances encountered during the audit are reported to the persons responsible for the area audited. Project Manager takes appropriate and timely corrective action on any discrepancies identified during these audits. The audit findings form an input to the Management Reviews. Records of audit findings will be retained for a period of one year after the closing of the non-conformances.
